From the welcoming staff to the exquisite wave pool, every moment delighted me. The burgers by the pool were standout, a must-try! Though the evening meal options have diminished, the overall experience was elevated by exceptional service from dedicated staff. A fantastic destination for pure relaxation and pleasure.

The attention to safety here is commendable. I felt really secure. The pools are plentiful, and the beach access is exceptional! The staff is truly a gem, always willing to lend a helping hand. The spa treatments were delightful and totally worth it! !

The drink service at the pool could use some improvement. it was quite slow at times.

i had an amazing stay at cleopatra. the hotel is right by the beach, making it super convenient for sunbathing and swimming. Mr ramadan at the reception really stood out. he made sure everything was perfect for us daily. i loved the aqua aerobics, which were a fantastic way to unwind and meet new folks. the pool staff was also super friendly and helpful.

You might want to have earplugs handy. There's early morning prayer music that echoes throughout the entire hotel, sometimes starting as early as 5 AM. If you’re looking for impressive dining options, you’ll find the food pretty basic. the variety is limited, and dinner selections are especially lacking with only around 5-6 dishes on offer. Late breakfast doesn't amount to much – think just a few pieces of bread and some cheese. the Wi-Fi signal is a bit spotty. you’ll mostly be connected only in your room or at reception.

The staff at the Front Desk made me feel special with their personalized service. The pools were clean and beautifully maintained, providing a lovely atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the pool view from my Deluxe Room, which added a nice touch to my stay.

My stay was fantastic! The guys at the Loopy Bar made my time special with great service, and the varied restaurants offered amazing food every day. The only downside was the limited smoking areas, which was a bit uncomfortable.
